We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our team at GridNetworks. As a key member of our Contracts department, you will be responsible for the overall administration, management, and retention of corporate commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements, and other tools utilized by the contracts department for effective Contract Management.

This role will involve establishing an effective means of contract retention, tracking key milestones, and ensuring the overall integration of proper contracting practices across a diverse organization. You will work closely with our Contracts team and other areas of the commercial business operations team to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer corporate commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements, and other contracts-related documents.
  • Develop and implement effective contract retention strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Track key milestones and deadlines for contract-related activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of contracting practices across the organization.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on contract-related matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in contract administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, or other Acquisition Supplements.
  • Industry or Government contracts certifications (CPCM, CCCM, CFCM, etc.).
  • Experience with contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and contract close-out.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, finance, and accounting principles.
  • Experience in vendor/subcontractor management and mobile telecom space.
