This role within Enterprise Operations (EO) supports the Aeronautics Division.


The chosen candidate will be an integral part of the IT support team, overseeing multiple secure environments, ensuring timely updates, compliance with security standards, and infrastructure deployments for designated projects.

The role encompasses Systems Administration across various platforms, including Windows Server and Desktop, facilitating deployments across diverse initiatives.

***This position requires onsite presence, adhering to a 4x10 work schedule (Monday to Thursday). A valid Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship) is mandatory for this role.***Essential Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Current CompTIA Security + certification
  • Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019, Win10, etc.)
  • Experience in vulnerability management and security protocols (system hardening, log management, configuration management using tools like Nessus, McAfee, WSUS, Shavlik, Splunk, SCAP, etc.)
  • Capability to lift up to 30 lbs
Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to achieve technical certification for 8140 compliance within 90 days of employment (e.g., AZ-900, vmWare VCTA-DCV, RHCSA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft ADFS and Microsoft AD Sites and Services
  • Experience managing Microsoft Exchange and Skype servers
  • Expertise in Linux Server environments
  • Knowledge of on-premises virtualization (ESX/Vsphere)
  • Proficiency in storage and backup solutions (e.g., EMC Unity/Data Domain); understanding of storage service administration (i.e., NetApp/EMC hardware, software, tape management, disaster recovery practices)
  • Expertise in Nagios for infrastructure health monitoring and self-healing
  • Experience with SCCM / MECM
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Perl, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, etc.)
  • Understanding of multi-factor authentication
  • Experience with Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software installations
  • Familiarity with Network Protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.)
Security Clearance Requirement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required for consideration.

Compensation:


The annual salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington DC is $67,400 - $129,300. This salary range serves as a general guideline.
