Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Plymouth Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and assisting the Front Desk Manager in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the front desk, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Monitor and adjust occupancy levels, room rates, and inventory management to maximize revenue.
  • Supervise front desk staff, provide training, and ensure they are properly equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare weekly sales and business level forecasts, and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Work closely with other departments to plan and coordinate in-house activities, and participate in hotel department meetings.
  • Provide professional and attentive customer service, respond to guest complaints, and solicit feedback to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
  • Two years of hotel front office experience required.
  • Experience with Opera and IHG preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree in hospitality management preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with good mathematical skills and problem-solving ability.
