We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Gold's Gym Bridgewater, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym.
  • Provide assistance to members and respond to inquiries about gym operations and policies.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including cash processing and membership sales.
  • Develop strong relationships with members and staff to ensure a positive and welcoming gym environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and members.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and computer skills.
  • Availability during the day between 12pm & 8pm and on weekends 8am-1pm.
