Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and mentor our team members to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure coordination between the front and back of the house
  • Provide daily guidance and development to our team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Service Manager or dining room supervisor in a high-volume environment
  • Strong guest-oriented mindset with unwavering honesty and integrity
  • Genuine passion for developing and mentoring others
