Americas IFM Account Director

As a key member of our Americas IFM team, the Account Director will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans that deliver exceptional results for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the client's needs and goals, as well as the ability to drive growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and team leadership. They will be responsible for building and managing high-performing teams, driving financial results, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA or similar post-graduate studies
- 10-15 years of relevant work/industry experience
- Advanced skills and knowledge in client focus, results-driven, natural coaching, and solutions-oriented
