Job Summary:

Patient Access Specialists play a vital role in the financial operations of Premier Health Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient registration and financial counseling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and enter patient demographic and financial information into our ADT system
  • Verify insurance benefits and generate ABNs as needed
  • Review orders for compliance and complete MSP requirements
  • Obtain financial and treatment consents from patients
  • Place ordered medical procedures and obtain pre-certifications when necessary

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer technology, including keyboarding and typing at least 25 wpm
  • Medical Terminology certification preferred
  • Customer service and general clerical/office experience a plus
