Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests at Four Points by Sheraton Houston Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable experience to every guest, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest information and ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness
  • Welcoming and checking in guests, distributing keys and room assignments, and recording credit card information
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Collaborating with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
  • Responding to incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answering questions about room rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • Strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a hotel front desk agent or similar position
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in handling telephone calls and resolving stressful situations
