Hotel Front Desk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at Days Inn & Suites West Energy Corridor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for leading our front desk staff and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk budget and order office supplies as needed
  • Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and implement hotel policies
  • Interact with customers, assist with inquiries, and resolve guest complaints
  • Lead front desk operations and ensure a positive guest experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent management, communication, and multitasking skills
  • 2+ years of experience as a front desk supervisor or related office management position in the hospitality industry
  • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry
