Job Description:

As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service, and participating in daily store operations. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
* Participate in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store appearance
* Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* High school diploma or equivalent required
