  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and manufacturing departments to identify and track work items.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any challenges.
  • Proactively identify resource and knowledge gaps, ensuring the project team has the necessary skills and expertise.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with members from production, planning, engineering, sales, and quality assurance to ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the development process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a technical field.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is required.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Excel is essential.
  • Experience working with IoT products or devices is a plus.
  • Experience working on complex engineering projects involving hardware and software is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills are essential for success in this role.
