Key Responsibilities:
- Standard Fabrication – Operate machinery to tailor fabric belts according to client specifications (measuring, cutting, pressing).
- Special Fabrication – Use machinery to modify fabric belts (perforations, v-guides, flex cutting) to meet customer needs.
- Automated Fabrication – Employ various automated machines to adapt fabric belts as per client requirements.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement (A3's). Collaborate with support teams to establish and meet targeted objectives and timelines.
- Oversee the Lean Daily Management Initiative (LDMI), including daily metric tracking, team reviews, presentations to management, and initiating corrective measures.

- This is a direct hire position.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.

Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections of products before and after completing assigned tasks.
- Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Initial work orders upon task completion as a confirmation of proper execution.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including lubrication.
- Engage in various production tasks, such as loading machinery and adjusting settings.
- Manage material handling and ensure cleanliness of work areas.
- Operate machinery and equipment efficiently.
- Interpret job specifications to determine necessary adjustments and materials.
- Set machine stops or guides as required.
- Monitor machine operations to identify defects or malfunctions.
