Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization and engage in various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process daily sales invoices efficiently.
2. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and various accruals.
3. Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end closing activities.
4. Support financial statement consolidation across different business units, focusing on geographical regions and business types such as product distribution and services.
5. Aid in the maintenance of internal controls and the development of new accounting processes.
6. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and comprehensive inventory analysis.
7. Assist in lease management and processing tenant rent, as well as handling various vendor claims.
8. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
9. Participate in annual reviews with external accountants.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn various ERP software.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Work Schedule:
Full Time – Temp to Hire, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential extended hours once a week.

Compensation:
$25 - $30/hour
