About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Partner to join our team at Riverside Community Care. As a Family Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting families with children who have behavioral or developmental support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to families navigating the mental health system
  • Collaborate with Master's level clinicians to intervene and stabilize youth in crisis
  • Help families navigate the network of available services and resources
  • Work out of our Milford, MA office and travel to locations in the local community
Requirements
  • Must have experience helping to raise a child with social, emotional, mental health, or substance abuse concerns
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office) required
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required to transport consumers as necessary
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of $22.27/hour
  • Additional $1 for CPS and $2 for CARC
  • Part-time schedule with 24 hours per week, Saturday through Monday, evening shifts
