Overview:
The Production Assembly Specialist will engage in assembly tasks to create components for recreational vehicles.

- Assemble components or parts utilizing hand tools as necessary.
- Adhere to established protocols and quality assurance standards to guarantee precise and efficient assembly.
- Examine finished products for defects or discrepancies and implement necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and timelines.
- Report any concerns or issues regarding the assembly process or materials to the supervisor.
- Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure full accountability.
- Ability to follow instructions and accept direction with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as a contributing member of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

No supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This position operates within a manufacturing environment. The role frequently utilizes standard hand tools and is exposed to noise from machinery and equipment. This list is not exhaustive.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is often required to communicate effectively. This position necessitates prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks, including walking and using hands and fingers to handle, feel, lift, and assemble parts. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential. Vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may be required to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as necessary.
