Your Responsibilities:


As an Assembly Associate, your primary duty will be to assemble door panels and frames while ensuring quality standards and production timelines are achieved.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble door panels and frames according to specifications, ensuring quality and output targets are met.
  • Prepare and organize materials for assembly, maintaining workflow efficiency.
  • Handle material picking and preparation, ensuring proper packaging for quality preservation.
  • Manage inventory and perform stock rotation as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in assembly, production, or warehouse settings; training is available.
  • Certifications: Valid Driver's License required.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret documents and specifications, basic math skills, and effective multitasking.
  • Technology Skills: Basic computer proficiency is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Communication: Basic verbal and written skills are necessary.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
  • Team Fit: Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a relaxed yet responsible work environment.

Additional Information:


Salary: Compensation based on experience, ranging from $16-17 per hour.


Reporting Structure: Reports to Warehouse Supervisor.


Core Working Hours: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm


Typical Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; overtime may be required.


Work Environment: Warehouse setting, with seasonal temperature variations; ability to lift required.


Travel: No travel required.
