Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers.
  • Guide customers in finding merchandise, suggest complementary products, and handle special orders.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, new arrivals, and inventory trends.
  • Notify clients regarding the arrival of special orders or back-ordered items.
  • Perform cashiering duties in line with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed to enhance customer appeal.
  • Keep track of inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Manage the cashiering area to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Handle phone transactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process for motorcycles.
  • Facilitate introductions to other departments for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist in organizing special events and promotions.
  • Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, adhering to dealership policies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in retail sales, particularly with motorcycle apparel, is preferred.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and presentation.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
  • Proficient in using personal computers and related software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.
