Essential Job Functions:
- Help Customers select and purchase a motorcycle that meets their needs.
- Explain and demonstrate features on test rides.
- Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Prospect to generate a stream of new customers through a CRM program.
- Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to meet and exceed dealership sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and stay informed about industry trends.
Education Required:
- High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Training, Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience:
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to get along with a broad customer base.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to stay focused with tasks with minimal supervision.
- Current driver's license with motorcycle endorsement. Driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate two-wheeled vehicles at GVWR of 1360LBS.
- Strong communications and presentation skills.
- Career-minded individuals who aspire for future management growth within the company.
Supervisory Responsibility:
- No Supervisory Responsibilities.
Organizational Structure:
- This position reports directly to the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager.
- This position reports indirectly to the General Manager and General Sales Manager.
