We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Housing Eligibility Strategist for our Community Land Trust (CLT) program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our homeownership program by improving data collection, analysis, and data management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the homeownership program by improving data collection, analysis, and data management systems.
  • Evaluate current processes to address barriers in homeownership and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the CLT team to identify new funding streams, partners, and create outreach campaigns strategically focused on increasing awareness of the CLT model as a road to homeownership.
  • Gain proficiency in Salesforce HomeKeeper, our data management platform, and improve the database, create automated actions as necessary, and critically think through the way data can be collected and used to further advance our mission.
Requirements
