Job Title: Senior Civil Design Engineer Land Development

Our Richmond, VA office is seeking a Senior Design Engineer with 3+ years of land development/site civil design experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in valuable interactions with external clients
  • Perfect technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience while sharing expertise with the team
  • Design site plans for prominent brand name clients across various industries
  • Immerse yourself in the project management lifecycle from initial project scoping through project closeout
  • Partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision

Requirements:
  • The ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • EI/EIT certification OR Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • 3+ years of experience in site civil design
  • Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
