Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for generating new business by developing strong relationships with prospective clients in the medical industry. Your primary responsibilities will include outside sales activities such as networking, lead generation, client meetings, and drip marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting leads to closing business opportunities. Our company specializes in connecting healthcare facilities with qualified professionals to meet their staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients within the medical industry, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
  • Sales generation, development of leads and business development for an assigned regional area through social networking, cold calling, and telemarketing.
  • Cross selling into other markets as directed is highly encouraged and commissioned accordingly.
  • Qualify new business for territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines.
  • Sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers.
  • Partner with Vice President to implement marketing strategies for the territory.
  • Meet sales goals to meet and exceed metrics provided.
  • Report activity on a regular basis in our CRM system and Hubspot.
