Job Description

Catalyst Career Group is seeking a skilled Wealth Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' financial needs and goals, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients, analyzing their financial situations and providing expert advice on wealth planning and management.
  • Represent Catalyst Career Group in community organizations and events, enhancing our reputation and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, applying this knowledge to provide clients with informed and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial sales, wealth management, or a related field, with a strong track record of building and maintaining high-value client relationships.
  • Expert knowledge of wealth planning, wealth products, and financial markets, with the ability to analyze complex financial situations and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Series 7, 66 (in lieu of 63 and 65), California Life and Health insurance licenses required.
  • Foreign language skills, such as Mandarin and/or Cantonese, are highly desirable.
