Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Associate to become an integral part of our esteemed Wealth Management division, focusing on Ultra-High-Net-Worth clientele.

Position Overview:

This role is designed for a meticulous and committed Registered Client Service Associate who will support our Wealth Management team, particularly in managing stock plan operations and client equity initiatives. You will collaborate closely with corporate clients and their equity plan participants, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Administer comprehensive assistance in managing various equity awards, including RSUs, Performance Units, NQ Options, SARs, and ISOs.
  • Provide education on the intricacies of corporate equity awards.
  • Prepare and file essential SEC documentation for transactions, including Rule 144 and Section 16 forms.
  • Guarantee precise and timely public filings in partnership with the financial services team.
  • Implement and oversee 10b5-1 Plans.
  • Adhere to and enforce corporate policies regarding share retention, holding periods, and trading windows.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between corporate clients' equity compensation departments and the Wealth Management team.
  • Communicate upcoming events and critical updates to the Wealth Management team.
  • Facilitate introductions between equity participants and Financial Advisors to promote diversification and additional financial services.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily tasks and inquiries related to stock plan administration.
  • Manage account openings and ongoing maintenance.
  • Generate and distribute reports on gains and losses, projected income, tax documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Execute transactions, including buying and selling securities, cash transfers, capital calls, donations, and withdrawals.
  • Supervise the administration of corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of equity awards and SEC regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in financial reporting and transaction processing.
