About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates who are dedicated to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. As a Cafeteria Attendant, you will assist in the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring guests have a delightful dining experience. Your positive energy and attention to detail will maintain cleanliness, replenish food stations, and engage with guests, ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation
  • Replenish food stations and ensure a smooth operation of the cafeteria
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent results and promote a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
