Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Lifespan Corporation. As a Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care in various healthcare settings.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Care for patients and their families from admission to discharge
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to organize work and set priorities
  • Perform personal care skills and basic nursing assistant tasks
  • Maintain a safe environment by reporting unsafe conditions and equipment issues

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to perform basic computer skills. Certified in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) is a plus. Experience working as a Nursing Assistant is preferred but not required. You will also work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged sitting, standing, and walking.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $ $36,500 per year, based on experience and location.
