Nurse Care Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical II Nurse in our hospital setting. As a Clinical II Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities- Assigns, coordinates, and monitors work of unit personnel to ensure patients receive necessary quantity and quality of care and that daily objectives are met.
- Performs high-level patient assessments and ensures that plan of care and competent staff are assigned appropriately.
- Provides Nursing Director and/or designee with report on all critically ill patients or unusual events.
- Enhances productivity by assessing daily workload and capabilities of individuals and utilizes personnel efficiently.
- Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island by the Rhode Island Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
- Graduate from a school of nursing and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.
- Minimum of 6 months to one-year experience in an acute healthcare setting.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Current ACLS certification or must obtain within first six months of employment (BHU and Rehab Nursing exempt from ACLS).
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
