Job Description: As a Sales Associate, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success. We're looking for someone with charisma, energy, and a knack for turning prospects into lifelong customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and Pursuing New Sales Opportunities: Unleash your charm to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and develop strategies to convert prospects into customers.
- Building Relationships with Clients: Build epic relationships with clients, understand their needs and desires, and match them with our amazing vehicles.
- Collaborating with the Team: Collaborate with our team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a set of keys in hand.
- Staying Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and be the trendsetter, not the follower.
- Developing Sales Proposals: Work with our team to develop sales proposals that make our competitors jealous.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in any industry.
- Car Sales Experience: While car sales experience is a plus, we're open to other sales professionals who are ready to make the jump.
- Negotiation Skills: Your negotiation skills should be exceptional, with the ability to resolve conflicts and close deals.
- Energy and Enthusiasm: You'll need to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the role.
- No Degree Required: We're more interested in your sales swagger and ability to drive results.
