Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and knowledgeable Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to oversee, implement, facilitate, and enhance our global educational initiatives. This role is crucial in shaping effective learning strategies and improving the quality of our international training programs. The LMS Coordinator will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the organization to create relevant curricula and ensure the LMS effectively supports our global collaborations.
Core Responsibilities:
  1. Training and Education Oversight:
    • Perform needs assessments, plan, design, develop, implement, and facilitate training and educational programs within the LMS.
    • Assess and continually enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and global partnerships.
  2. Curriculum Design:
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and incorporate their expertise into impactful curriculum.
    • Create and develop educational materials that cater to diverse audiences across various global regions.
  3. LMS Management:
    • Oversee, maintain, and optimize the LMS to support global programs and other educational initiatives.
    • Ensure the LMS is user-friendly, accessible, and secure for all participants and stakeholders.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with various management levels and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
    • Provide clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, for internal and external relations.
  5. Program Assessment:
    • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
    • Implement enhancements based on feedback and data analysis to improve overall program quality.
  6. Ongoing Development:
    • Stay updated with trends in adult education, LMS technology, and curriculum design to continuously refine training practices.
    • Apply best practices in curriculum design and adult education to improve learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in adult education, organizational development, project management, and coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with curriculum design and adult education best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess program impact and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in data processing applications.
  • Bilingual proficiency is required;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree in Education or a related field.
  • Certification in LMS management or instructional design.
  • Experience with global training programs and multicultural environments.
