The Revenue Cycle Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting senior management within the organization. This position is responsible for orchestrating and streamlining business operations to enhance departmental efficiency. Key responsibilities include generating analytical reports, maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and addressing issues to ensure service recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction in office management by effectively coordinating activities with exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Compile, prepare, and analyze reports to deliver essential data for informed decision-making, ensuring confidentiality and utilizing appropriate resources.
- Assist in the creation and execution of standard operating procedures, offering training as necessary to facilitate changes and updates.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver administrative support through project management, preparation of presentation materials, and training sessions, demonstrating proficiency in various computer applications and software.
Relationship Management
- Foster strong working relationships with internal and external clients by providing assistance and maintaining open lines of communication.
Performance Goals
- Achieve assigned objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications
Education
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum: Associate's degree or 60 college credits with demonstrated proficiency in technical principles and coordination.
Experience
- Preferred: Over 8 years of experience in administrative support at the director level or higher.
- Minimum: 5 years of experience in office administration or secretarial roles.
Special Skills
- Minimum: High proficiency in computer software and applications, including Microsoft products, project management, and presentation development. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
