Key Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate the preparation of vehicle titles, registration documents, and other related paperwork.
- Verify and ensure accuracy of all documentation to prevent errors and delays.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales and service teams, to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the title processing workflow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related administrative or title processing role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to maintain high levels of quality and precision.
