Job Overview

OSL Retail Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Memphis market. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences

  • Utilize a tablet to complete customer credit card applications and optimize sales execution

  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or related field an asset

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • A car and willingness to drive at least 20 miles from home

  • Positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times

  • Solid sales or retail experience an asset, but not required

  • Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps a day comfortably
