The Head of Healthcare Business Strategy will concentrate on enhancing the organization's healthcare sector and ensuring outstanding experiences for CLEAR members. CLEAR has the potential to address some of the most significant challenges in the industry while providing exceptional patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A dedicated healthcare expert who recognizes how CLEAR's identity network can enhance both patient outcomes and the offerings of payers, providers, and digital health entities.
  • Comprehensive management of agreements from initiation to completion - including presentations, deal structuring, contracts, pricing, etc.
  • A proactive approach to exploring new markets, developing a sales pipeline, and addressing client concerns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product, Partner Success, Legal, and Security to ensure alignment of business needs with current and future capabilities.
  • Oversee the existing pipeline within the first 90 days and start developing your own pipeline thereafter.
  • Conduct market research, provide competitive insights on healthcare trends, assess capability requirements, and assist in internal forecasting processes.
  • Secure new B2B partnerships and identify additional opportunities to expand CLEAR's network within client organizations.
  • Enhance your knowledge of CLEAR's current products and future offerings.
  • Experience in project management and serving as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare / 3+ years in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in B2B healthcare sales (including payers, health systems, retail pharmaceuticals, digital health, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, with established relationships and the ability to influence healthcare leaders.
  • A strategic thinker with determination, adept at exploring new markets, building a sales pipeline, and addressing client concerns.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships across organizational levels, including senior management, with a focus on implementing and managing healthcare solutions.
  • A blend of visionary thinking and practical execution. Capable of conceptualizing large-scale opportunities while applying analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making.
  • A collaborative team player with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage actively in projects.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 50% of the time).

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000, based on skills and experience. This role is also eligible for quarterly commissions.

The salary range reflects the low and high end of CLEAR's compensation for this role. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, education, skills, experience, and performance. The listed range is just one aspect of CLEAR's total compensation package, which may also include annual bonuses, commissions, and Restricted Stock Units.
