  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks, adhering to reporting timelines, organizing workloads, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail

  • Demonstrates logical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Competent in providing clear and effective information

Job Responsibilities:
  • Processing invoice entries
  • Conducting account reconciliations and accuracy assessments
  • Assisting in the preparation of IRS reports, including ACA, PCORI, 1099s, and Form 5500s
  • Managing daily check runs for plan claim disbursements
  • Overseeing monthly premium billing
  • Generating and distributing monthly reports for plans
  • Aiding in the preparation of client renewal documentation
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or have equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
