Job Description

Bern's Steak House is seeking a dedicated and professional candidate for an entry-level position in a high-volume restaurant. We offer a dynamic work environment where you can learn, grow, and become a confident and knowledgeable asset in any professional setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, handling their needs in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Input accurate reservations and guest requests into a digital reservation system.
  • Answer guest questions regarding our menu, history, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate messages and special requests to teammates in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exude a welcoming and friendly demeanor through all circumstances.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team goals.
  • Ability to work with your hands, stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
