Job Summary

Fisher Industries is a leading provider of aggregate production and heavy civil construction services. We are seeking a skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team in Southern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate drilling machines to bore holes in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Accurately maintain daily drilling reports and document any equipment malfunctions.
  • Setup and breakdown of drill sites, preparing equipment and materials as needed.
  • Monitor work area for safety hazards and visual cues while operating equipment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy is required.
  • S.H.A certificate part 48 or willingness to obtain certification is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and repeatedly walk up and down steep and rough terrain.
  • Must be a team player who is willing and able to learn.
