We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team at BBSI Southern California. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and manufacturing, with experience in planning and arranging work to meet production requirements. You will be responsible for picking, sorting, loading, and labeling doors, as well as performing quality checks and loading/unloading doors into trailers. Additionally, you will be responsible for palletizing and preparing doors for delivery, working both individually and as a team member, and performing essential housekeeping duties.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $18.00 per hour, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
