CalOptima Health is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to its members and providers. This role serves as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and concerns related to Medi-Cal programs for Orange County.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist members with questions regarding eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and services.
- Provide information to providers about CalOptima Health's eligible members and services.
- Maintain accurate records and resolve issues in a timely manner.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
