Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of a project from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Advise clients on products and services that align with their business objectives.
  • Gather information from clients to facilitate sales, manufacturing, and shipping processes.
  • Interpret City and Municipal plans accurately.
  • Create and adjust .pdf drawings for site and street light poles.
  • Draft work orders and quotations.
  • Maintain excellent communication, serving as a liaison between clients and the company throughout the quotation and production phases.
  • Calculate essential figures such as dimensions, percentages, weights, and lead times.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in project management, though not mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in design or CAD is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail and deadlines, keeping clients, vendors, and team members informed.
  • Willingness to learn and apply product-specific technical knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills are required; proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
  • Organizational skills are crucial for effective customer planning and project management.
