About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Royal Palms Resort and Spa. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our Sales Managers with group sales leads, creating proposals, and drafting sales agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Managers with group sales leads and create proposals to secure new business
  • Draft sales agreements and enter bids into electronic RFP systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Assist with commissions, client site visits, and solicitation projects
Requirements
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a strong desire to satisfy the needs of others
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
