Job Summary

The Human Resource Coordinator plays a pivotal role in planning, directing, and coordinating administrative services for the business unit. Reporting directly to the VP/GM, this position requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct or coordinate supportive services of the business unit
  • Prepare and review operational reports to inform strategic decisions
  • Acquire, distribute, and store supplies, while managing vendor relations
  • Maintain employee HR files and health & welfare data with confidentiality and discretion
  • Administer employment processes, including benefits, onboarding, leave benefits, and payroll management
  • Assist management with effective performance management and employee development
  • Liaise with Sr. Leadership and Corporate staff to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Plan, forecast, administer, and control budgets to optimize resource allocation
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Office Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effective relations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently and developing realistic action plans
  • Confident and assertive when providing coaching, guidance, or direction to others
