Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a swift pace of service while adhering to all safety and security protocols.
  • Accurately measure ingredients and seasonings for cooking.
  • Prepare cooking components by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and other meal preparations.
  • Uphold a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste.
  • Ensure proper storage of all food and related items.
  • Comply with nutritional and sanitation standards.
Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the DHC Training Program to acquire new skills and responsibilities.
  • Communicate with supervisors when further training or guidance is necessary.
