Sales and Service Call Center Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Sales Manager to lead our talented team at Windows Plus in Louisville, KY.
As our Call Center Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional service, recruiting and developing talent, and managing the daily activities of a productive Home Improvement Call Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional service.
- Recruit and Develop Talent: Hire, train, and mentor your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage Operations: Oversee the daily activities of a productive Home Improvement Call Center.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years managing inbound/outbound call center sales teams.
- Sales Expertise: Strong consultative sales skills with a proven ability to guide clients and overcome objections.
- Leadership: A track record of hiring, training, and managing employees effectively.
