Director of Operations

The Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients and the franchise community, as well as corporate locations. This position serves as the primary point of contact, fostering meaningful partnerships with franchise owners and company stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with franchisees to diagnose performance barriers and develop business plans to maximize improvement across operations, marketing, training, and human resources.
  • Collect and maintain a working knowledge of key business metrics for assigned franchisees, analyzing issues and opportunities for each restaurant and the franchisee's business as a whole.
  • Ensure franchisee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Operations Assessment Report, and Mystery Shop standards, developing corrective action plans and milestones as needed.
  • Assist franchisees in assessing talent and bench strength to achieve short and long-term business needs.
  • Help franchisees develop and maintain a capital plan to meet development and remodel obligations.
  • Serve as a franchisee representative and advocate with restaurant support center points of contact.
  • Understand the purpose and benefits of new programs and decisions to effectively influence franchisees and obtain buy-in, providing feedback when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a field operations-oriented leadership role within the food service industry.
  • 5+ years of franchise support experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver results through strong negotiation skills and consultative approaches.
  • Advanced knowledge of P&L Statements, budgeting, and controllable costs.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting operational goals, building sales, and maximizing profits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
