Client Relationship Specialist

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the Commercial Banking Division. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in account management and pipeline development, and will be responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage existing clients to maintain and build relationships within a portfolio.* Identify, progress, and close growth opportunities to maintain results aligned with revenue targets.* Implement sales processes and Account Management techniques developed during training.* Proactively promote awareness and training of clients to ensure value of license is received.* Use a consultative sales approach with clients: identifying their pain points and needs and matching IBISWorld market research products accordingly.
Requirements:
Previous customer service and sales experience required. Excellent phone and email communication skills. Ability to engage with clients across a variety of financial service-based topics. Demonstrated ability to exceed targets. Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Estimated salary range $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
