Job Summary">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Head Start Office Manager. This role will involve managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the program, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.


About the Position">

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with experience in areas such as human resources, payroll, and accounts payable. They will be responsible for managing personnel files, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the Program Director and other staff members as needed.


Key Responsibilities">

  • Manage personnel files, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee data;">
  • Process payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate payments;">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including timesheets, leave balances, and benefits enrollment;">
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director and other staff members;">
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting;">
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations;">

Salary Range">

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a non-profit or education setting;">
