Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our conversion efforts, you will be responsible for supporting, guiding, and training direct reporting employees. Your expertise in converting clients to our products and services will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of client conversions targeting satisfaction of Mission Excellence goals.
  • Information gathering of various conversion aspects.
  • Coordinates communication between client and other COCC departments.
  • Works with financial institution to determine COCC contact management designations.
  • Assists with completion of data analysis and review during pre-conversion, mock, and conversion periods, including report review.
  • Provides applicable support and training to converting financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years' experience in financial services industry.
  • Prior conversion experience and supervisory/management experience preferred.
