We have been serving our customers with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since our establishment in 1975. We are committed to taking your sales career to new heights and helping you discover your true selling potential as a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores where you will speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and how we can be a huge benefit to them.
  • Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up and one of our industry experts will take over from there.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $18 per hour based on experience and interview, as well as a lucrative bonus and commission plan where you can earn an average of $100 per lead. Bonus and Commission are paid out with weekly paychecks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently, representing our brand inside of our partner retail locations
  • Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality will certainly work in place of experience
  • Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed
