Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Core Sound Imaging, Inc. in Raleigh, NC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, and taking ownership of all sales efforts.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion. You will develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively present our products and services to clients. If you have experience working with CRM software and a proven track record of success in sales, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and expand our client base
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, presentations, and negotiations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional work experience, with 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present our products and services to clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients
