  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Hartfiel Automation Inc.
  • Your primary focus will be on expanding sales within existing accounts and securing new business opportunities in the territory.
  • You will work closely with our suppliers to understand their product lines and develop practical knowledge of all additional products.
  • Responsible for building, managing, and growing prospects, proposals, projects, and products that address various sales opportunities across industries and technologies.
  • You will utilize the Funnel process to identify, prioritize, gain, and maintain market share.
  • Regularly update Sales and Funnel activities on a weekly basis.
  • A minimum of three to five in-person sales calls per day should be scheduled to proactively generate sales activity.
  • You will lead weekly Team Funnel meetings and engage actively in team selling.
  • Effectively utilize supplier's time during visits to maximize collective efforts.
  • Monthly expense reports must be completed accurately.
  • Action Selling and other sales training at Hartfiel must be completed, utilizing these learned skills and abilities daily.
  • You may draw upon Product Specialist and other resources inside and outside Hartfiel as appropriate to support and move sales forward.
  • Critical thinking skills and consultative sales techniques should be used to sell creative solutions, not simply components.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Follow quality processes and procedures established by Hartfiel Automation.
  • Operate within the intended framework of Hartfiel Automation's mission, values, and vision statements.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
