Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increase client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyze client data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing client satisfaction.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
